This week a new Brazilian boyband came to the Spotlight.
Boomerang boyband is their name and the boys are full of energy to spend, as they sing very well and also can dance amazing choreographies.
The team is very diversified, exactly as the Brazilian population, where we can find people with faces of all around the world. Talent is what all of them have in common between the Boomerang members: Diego, Gustavo, Vitor, Tom, Felipe and Murilo.
The MW3.biz directors Will Lisil and Carlos Maia made the right choice, as seems like the Boomerang’s boys are ready to skyrocket in the music industry and put the teen world to move, dance and sing with them.
They are bringing pop songs with a super catch Latin vibe, and this is what was lacking in the music market. A boyband with the face of Brazil!
The Boomerang project is actually a dream coming through, and everything started with the international production company Maynard Music in Brazil and Carlos Maia from MW3.biz.
The producers of Maynard Music (Rick Marting, Restart boyband) with a lot of very successful experience in the boyband world, brought to the mix the artistic production Director Maia. Then in the middle of the pandemic, as a miracle, the Boomerang project was born.
It looks like something simple but what made it almost an impossible mission, is the fact that the auditions which was schedule to happen in Brazil, in the city of São Paulo, was affected by the lockdown and had to be canceled.
There was some frustration but suddenly the team had to adapt to avoid stop the project development, so they had to find a very quick solution.

Will Lisil, Casting Director at MW3.biz from England, United Kingdom, brought some light to the room with an ambitious idea: To launch the first online artistic community where independent artists could be selected by producers and directors, all remotely.
”It was surreal, we could never imagine that in a moment we were stuck at home in Brazil and in some hours we were being invited for auditions by Will Lisil, a director from England”, says Felipe.
The Director Will Lisil says that he decided to adapt to the new music business environment as it’s something that, by his predictions, will never get back as it was before.
”These changes we are experiencing will not go back to the normal. We are living a new normal and we must adapt and work according to the flow and the high technology development, that now is growing super fast.
Everything is changing, but I see it as a very good opportunity to create new types of business, also the market totally adopted the online live shows on social networks and big companies are investing millions in projects that involve online events, for example Clubhouse.”
The MW3.biz Casting Network is working as a community of independent artists who supports each other, and they have the chance to be selected by directors, and also have articles published on magazines, news portals and Youtube channel. It’s the MW3.biz contribution to bring up the ones who have real talent but didn’t have investment from major labels.
Will Lisil also commented about the level of talent of the boys, members of the Boomerang boyband. He says that wasn’t very difficult to select the boys after the online structure for international auditions was ready at MW3.biz, as they are pure talented, finished Lisil – commenting about the process of selection that everyone can participate remotely trough the MW3.biz Casting Network, for free.
Now the boomerang boyband is ready to have their first song released, and it’s gonna be available in more than 170 music platforms worldwide as Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music, Deezer, etc.
The next step is to record their first music video what made their fans getting very anxious since the start of their promotion campaign on the Boomerang official Instagram.
